Seeking: Client Services Manager, Taguig Based, Taguig|McKinley in Taguig City, National Capital Region

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the BPO/CallCenter/ Shared Services environment is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill,Taguig. Responsibilities: • Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Operations Manager. • Track, measure report and evaluate vendor performance. • Work with on-site Managers to provide a more consistent approach,while providing guidance and leadership. • Ensure that vendor partner is effectively managed while assuring contract compliance. • Develop effective reporting approaches that summarize and score vendor performance over time. • Support contract negotiations and the contract review and approval process. • Assist in identifying and implementing projects that improve efficiency and customer experiences. • Assist with quality auditing to ensure compliance. • Identify trends and systemic issues and work with client/vendor to resolve. • Monitor billable hours and workforce planning, highlight budget variables. • Review workflow and processes at both client/vendor level.
