Job Summary

Responsible for the delivery of a high quality end to end recruitment service to the JPMorgan across lines of business in Manila and Cebu. The main objective will be to deliver an exceptional recruitment service resulting in reduced costs, better hiring decisions, an enhanced applicant experience and efficiencies in process.
Partnering closely with the local HR team and line of business Hiring Managers in Manila and Cebu, this role supports the delivery of high quality recruitment services across the lines of business.

Key accountabilities/Major responsibilities:

• Manage end to end recruitment process for all internal and external hires
• Build strong client relationships - partnering with Hiring Managers to define their staffing needs and agree on best
• practice recruiting strategy
• Provide regular reporting updates and attend business management meetings
• Maintain and develop productive relationships with key suppliers including negotiating and managing terms of
• business and resolving any disputes which may arise
• Champion diversity within the firm
• Actively promoting internal mobility
• Delivery of specific recruitment projects as required
